Teguta Lusat
this was the largest of the cities found on Rafa IV, and was home to the planet's primary spaceport. Because of this, Teguta Lusat served as the planetary capital of Rafa IV, as well as the capital of the entire Rafa System. Almost like the native Toka, Teguta Lusat was a drab, soulless city. Lando Calrissian landed in the city during the early years of the New Order while attempting to acquire the droid Vuffi Raa, only to discover that he had picked up a number of pregnant mynocks while traveling through the Oseon System. This got him in trouble with the spaceport's Landing Control.
