a small, white-furred creature living in the Forest Moon of Endor, the teek had incredible speed but not a lot of agility. The average teek had close-set black eyes, buck-teeth, and pointed ears with tufts of white fur on them. Despite their appearance, teeks were semi-intelligent, and could communicate with other beings, albeit with great difficulty. The Ewoks avoided the teeks at all costs, considering them sure signs of trouble ahead. They were the packrats of the moon's forests, taking shiny trinkets and tokens and exchanging them for something of equal value. For many, the teek's idea of what was equal in value was often skewed. At the time of the Battle of Endor, there were very few teeks living in the forest.
