Tedellian Besiioth
this formidable creature's most awesome feature, at least according to poets and other literary types, were its eyes. Writers often overlooked its sharp talons, heavy fangs, and thick musculature and focused on the cold, red eyes which stared a victim into submission. Native to the high-gravity world of Tedel, this low-bodied predator could measure up to two meters in length. There were seven distinct subspecies of besiioth, each distinguished by its coloration and size. Another species, known as the stalker besiioth, has been genetically developed for use as a security and patrol beast.
