these foot-long, semi-intelligent creatures have gray fur, two legs, and four supple arms. Each of their four hands is incredibly dextrous, as are their feet, giving them a simian appearance even with their spade-shaped tail. They have beedy eyes that allow the curious creatures to survey everything. Like some insect races, the taurill have a hive mind in which each individual was linked to all others in a collective consciousness. They were discovered in the Outer Rim, but the explorer and the xenobioligist who found them were killed by Durga the Hutt in an effort to keep their existence a secret. Durga the Hutt used used a number of them as workers, and brought them with him to Coruscant. After creating a diversion, three taurill infiltrated the Information Center and stole the plans to the Death Star.
