Taskeen, Tyr
this man, a native of Alderaan, was a successful businessman when the New Order was instituted. He was a skilled pilot and negotiator, learning these trades while running his own starship dealership. Taskeen's small operation was nationalized by the Empire, though, and his fortunes were confiscated. Those non-human employees he had were enslaved, and Taskeen found himself back on Alderaan. Once there, he joined the forces of the Alliance and used his knowledge of the Outer Rim to help transport refugees to safeworlds beyond the Empire's control. His hard work and dedication earned him a swift promotion to General within the Alliance, shortly before the destruction of his homeworld.
