Task Force Gemstone
this New Republic Third Battle Group fleet was assigned to assist the Fifth Battle Group during the blockade of the Koornacht Cluster, in an attempt to limit the advance of the Yevetha. It was placed under the command of Commodore Mirx, and along with Task Force Copperleaf formed the Republic's flag task force fleet.
