this Twi'leki male was a moderately successful smuggler during the height of the New Order. He made a brief living by trading arms to the small rebel cell on Kallistas in exchange for gemstones, which he then marketed to the highest bidder. The deal was brokered between Imperial Prefect Denglass Rinn and the Mantis Bounty Hunter Syndicate. After the capture of Pallas Quintell, Rinn employed Tarquin in the hunt for Jondrell Inx.
