Tarkin, Lady
the widow of Grand Moff Willhuf Tarkin, the Lady Tarkin ran the Imperial megonite moss mining colony on Phelarion. She worked her miners to exhaustion in an effort to avenge her husband's death. When Leia Organa was stranded on the planet following her escape from Darth Vader, Leia was chosen as a servant by the Lady. Leia, in this position, helped smuggle the energy-giving moss off the planet. When Darth Vader himself came to Phelarion and confronted the Lady Tarkin about the smuggled moss, Leia realized that she had been using Lady Tarkin's own transponder to call the smugglers. She realized that she had to escape soon. Leia escaped from Lady Tarkin's service, and little is known of the fate of Lady Tarkin.
