this man served as the Governor-General of Rhinnal, during the early stages of the Yuuzhan Vong invasion of the galaxy. He was forced to close off Rhinnal from the refugees fleeing the Yuuzhan Vong, including Leia Organa-Solo. He did, however, provide her with information on Ruan's acceptance for refugees.
