this former assistant manager to Falaco Don-DeMarco worked as a talent scout for Marqua Spas on Gailea. She hired Jantaa Binx to perform the Floubette dance at the annual Grand Ball, but when the human began her dance - during the third course of the Panelan feast, no less - Don-DeMarco became enraged and fired DeHallo on the spot.
