Tapper, Quelev
Talon Karrde's former second-in-command, Quelev accompanied Kaarde to Varont where they decided to see if the safari business was profitable. Quelev himself was a former leader of a smuggling group, and made a small fortune in the wake of the Battle of Endor. However, much of his business was in Imperial-held territory, and he was hunted down by a local governor. Karrde happened to be in the area, and they agreed to merge their operations and avoid the Imperials. On Varonat, they stumbled onto Gamgalon's Yagaran aleudrope business, and got too close to the truth. They were cornered by Gamgalon's forces, and Tapper tried to turn the tables. He was too slow, though, and was killed in a firefight.
