Tapani, Shey
this warrior prince was a member of House Melantha, and rose to power in Tapani Sector some 8,000 years before the Battle of Naboo. It was Shey Tapani who first envisioned a united Tapani Sector government, and to this end he started a vast, bloody civil war to bring all the Houses into a single body. During the twenty years of the war, Tapani eliminated two Houses completely while a third collapsed a century after he was crowned emperor. Tapani established the sector capital on Procopia, building a vast estate on Estalle Island. Sixteen successive generations of Tapani's descendants ruled the Sector, until the dynasty was overthrown in favor of a more democratic government.
