Tan Shilley
this attractive female Morganian owned and operated Shilley's cantina, located in the city of Gralleenya. Tan left her homeworld to become a travelling entertainer and dancer, but ended up on Questal. She established Shilley's just before the ardanium boom, and was able to profit during its height. She worked hard to keep her bar a neutral ground between law and order, and was privy to much of the underworld information the police force didn't know. This knowledge allowed her to assist a group of Alliance agents who went to Questal to rescue Tiree. She remembered Tiree coming into her bar, and suggested that he talk to Mosh Pelkan about gaining entrance to Moff Bandor's palace.
