this spores of this plant, native to the planet Pallaxides, were modified by the Ho'Din terrorist Ort Hoogra-D'En to be deadly to most humanoid species. They are barely detectable, and when inhaled caused a shortness of breath and a heightened body temperature like a fever. If not detected, the spores multiply inside their new host and kill it within a few hours. However, the spores could only survive outside a living host for three hours.
