Talmont, Eugene
the Imperial Prefect of Tatooine, stationed in Mos Eisley during the years of the Galactic Civil War, Talmont succeeded Orun Depp during the last years of Jabba the Hutt's life. His career as an Imperial servant was unremarkable, and it moved him from backwater world to backwater world. Talmont was quite full of his own self-importance, and hoped to escape the drudgery of Tatooine by capturing Jabba the Hutt and bringing down his criminal empire. He was appointed to the post by Tour Aryon after Orun Depp was executed by an assassin droid. This fact frightened Talmont to his core, and lived in fear the entire span of years in which he was Prefect.
