this Imperial governor was the ruler of the planet Dentaal, during the Galactic Civil War. He disbanded the planet's ruling House when he arrived, ensuring Imperial control. He was shortly overthrown by the members of the old House, who met in secret and planned a coup. The Empire responded by sending in Crix Madine's team to unleash the Candorian plague.
