this Hutt was Jiliac's highest-ranking representative on the planet Nar Hekka, during the early years of the New Order. They were members of the same clan. It was Tagta that recommended Jiliac hire Han Solo as a pilot, shortly after the young man was discharged from the Imperial Navy.
