Storm Skimmer
manufactured by Uulshos, the Storm Skimmer patrol sled was an old repulsorlift scout craft used during the early years of the Empire. They were mothballed when the various speederbikes were developed, but were returned to service following the Battle of Endor. Each 4.6-meter sled is designed to be a fast transport craft for one or two stormtroopers. One trooper sat in front, the other in back, and could quickly arrive at the front lines of a battle. Each trooper operated a heavy repeating blaster mounted near his cockpit. It was never designed to be a full-combat vehicle, but rather a deterrent.
