this was the mobile version of the Golan Arms DF.9 anti-infantry battery, which was most often used by the Alliance during the Galactic Civil War. The SP.9 found little outside support, however, because it was extremely large for its firepower, and was difficult to transport. The SP.9 required a pilot and three gunners to operate.
