another name for an Imperial Cold Assault stormtrooper, this was the term used to describe those specially-trained stormtroopers who had been conditioned to work in extremely cold conditions. They worn modified body armor which generated heat and recycled oxygen, which was covered with an air-tight fabric oversuit that helped minimize the effects of icy winds.
