this man was the Assistant Features Editor for Colonial News Net during the height of the Galactic Civil War. He sed his position on the news staff to pass information to members of the Alliance. He maintained columns like "Art Galaxy Roundup," "Ask Argothil Anything," and "Personalities in the News," fielding letters from readers and responding as appropriate. Many believed his columns were simply idle discussion and advice-giving, but Pertaal had developed a complex form of coded messaging that allowed him to get information to Alliance agents with relative ease from his office on Findris.
