this corporation was a dummy front for Loronar Corporation, during the early years of the New Republic. Based on the planet Antemerdias, Seifax manufactured shielded transport shells for use in constructing Loronar's Needle attack ships. This fact was discovered by the Chadra-Fan journalist Yarbolk Yemm.
