this was one of the many branches of the Corulag Academy. Boonda the Hutt's application for entry into the Science Service was not accepted, and his father Groodo tried to destroy the Academy to exact retribution. The plan was thwarted by the Jedi Knights, who discovered that the Hutts had employed Bartokk assassins to do the job.
