led by Commander Gennad Rozhdenst, this Alliance Y-Wing squadron was dispatched by Mon Montha to guard Kuat Drive Yards against Imperial attack during the Battle of Endor. Its ranks were filled with pilots who had been orphaned from their original squadron as a result of the losses taken in previous battles, and it had proved itself almost from its inception.
