Bakura Incident
this became the historical term used to describe the events which occurred on the planet Bakura, from the point when the Ssi-ruu invaded the planet just prior to the Battle of Endor and culminating with the Battle of Bakura. Many New Republic historians, including Voren Na'al, felt that public knowledge of the Bakura Incident would undermine the efforts of the fledgling Republic to lead the galaxy. Na'al was worried that the existence of a relatively unknown species, which had the ability to nearly defeat a Jedi Knight and entech humans, would cause a widespread panic in the galaxy.
