this female Pan-preneur was Director of Marketing for Trigdale Metallurgy until the corporation downsized following the Battle of Endor. She had been one of the few aliens to have established business relationships with the Empire, and was allowed to mingle within Imperial society. However, this did not save the division from being cut off by Trigdale. She took control of the defunct division and used her own money to build it back up in her own image. Moving the division's headquarters to Valgauth, she established Syndicate One as a weapons manufacturing facility. She used many of the business relationships she had developed over the years to gain suppliers and outlets, and formed Executive Results as a front for the weapons the Syndicate produced.
