Baktoid Combat Automata
a subsidiary of the Baktoid Armor Workshop, this facility produced battle droids for the Trade Federation. Unlike its larger sibling, BCA was a totally secret operation that was operated to ensure the Federation's huge battle droid armies could be produced during the months leading up to the invasion of Naboo. After the Baktoid Armor Workshop was shut down, Baktoid Combat Automata remained hidden from the eyes of the Old Republic, and churned out the battle droids used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars.
