Legend

a sport originated on Tatooine in which the participant rides behind a sandskimmer on a small repuslordisk. The disk is attached to their feet, and they surf over the dunes. The origin of the sport is traced back to the Fixer, who taught it to Luke Skywalker. Fixer was nearly consumed by the Sarlacc in a sandsurfing accident.
