this planet, the homeworld of the Saheelindeeli race, was located in the Tion Hegemony. Like many others in the Hegemony, Saheelindeel was a backward world trying to play catch-up with the technological growth of the rest of the galaxy. The planet was overrun during the Yuzhan Vong invasion of the galaxy.
