this small empire was forged by Lady Miletta Sarbin, shortly after the Battle of Endor. She later negotiated with the Hutts for support and protection. The Ring was the prevalent force on the planets Sabrix, Elokas, and Helisk, and was more of a criminal empire than a political one.
