Ruku Koof
this female Rodian was part of a triumverate of Rodians who controlled a small corporation at the height of the New Order. Ruku was not xenophobic, and was friendly in the company of humans and other aliens. She disliked Mannee Swaano, and did her best to outdo him in the presence of their boss, Teeko Soonca.
