Ruins of Paran
this was the name given to the remains of the city of Paran, on the planet Derilyn, after the city was bombarded during the Imperial subjugation of the planet. Because of its remote location and its obvious lack of resources, the resistance movements which opposed the Empire used the Ruins as a base of operations. The Ruins were also the base of operations for the resistance movement known as the Friends of Paran, although their base was well-hidden.
