this human was under the employ of Bib Fortuna, during the Twi'lek's tenure as Jabba the Hutt's majordomo. It was Rudd who transported Oola and Sienn to Tatooine. Rudd lost his life trying to kill Luke Skywalker, who had intervened and was trying to save Twi'lek females. Rudd tried to shoot Luke with his blaster, but Luke parried all of his shots with his lightsaber until one of the blasts ricocheted back and hit Rudd. Fortuna left him for dead.
