Rolf Petruma
this being was the President of the Freda during the New Order. He was disgruntled with the lack of progress of Imperial peace talks between the Freda and their neighbors, the Jante, following a Freda attack on Jante holdings on Rett II. Petruma withdrew from the talks and stalled the peace process.
