Rockwalker
this was the brand name of a type of boots made specifically for miners. The soles of Rockwalkers are studded with metal hooks that open and close with the user's pattern of walking, allowing the wearer to remain on the surface of an asteroid without the need for artificial gravity or magnetic plating.
