the capital city of the planet Rhinnal, Rhire was also the largest of the settlements established there. Much of the city was connected to other locations by travel tubes and tunnels known as the Circulation Network, meant to shelter travelers from the harsh environment of Rhinnal. The city was located just to the north of the Frieste River, on the southern edge of the habitable equatorial band.
