Rendili
this planet is the site of the Rendili space construction center. The Victory-class Star Destroyer was built here, in the wake of the Clone Wars. It was during the height of the Clone Wars that the leadership of Rendili agreed to join the Confederacy of Independent Systems, and threatened to turn over their entire fleet of Dreadnaughts to the Separatists. Rendili's military leaders were formerly members of the Old Republic's military, and it was hoped that an agreement could be reached to keep the fleet from joining the Separatist armed forces. Jedi Master Plo Koon, Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker, and Captain Jan Dodonna traveled to Rendili to try and reach such an agreement, but a mutiny aboard the Mersel Kebir led to a full-scale conflict.
