this was a popular tourist spot, located on the coastline of Quantill City, on the planet Ando. It was situated in the Quara area of the city, opposite the city's starport to protect its pristene beauty. A wondrous rock garden covered much of its grounds, with a variety of aline plants and lichens being cultivated in its niches.
