Rayter Sector Resource Analysis Committee
this Imperial body was put in place after the Empire discovered useful worlds in Rayter Sector. They were responsible for analyzing the various worlds and their possible contributions (including minerals, ores, biotechnology, and food) to the Imperial war machine.
