this Bothan was the leader of the Askar clan during the Caamas Incident, some ten years after the death of Grand Admiral Thrawn. He was present when Drend Navett tried to set off a riot in merchant's Square on Bothawui, shortly after the revelation of the Caamas Document. Rayl'skar tried to calm the crowd, but was thoroughly unsuccessful.
