Ralto, Quat
this stern but loyal man was a member of the space fleet mustered by House Calipsa during the height of the New Order. He served on the Bright Seeker under the command of Captain Nils Wender, and was known as a strict but fair first officer and chief of security. He was shot and killed by Janos Marsh shortly after the Bright Seeker discovered the holed hulk of the Regal Destiny.
