Raas, Cha
this nefarious agent of the Imperial Security Bureau was an apprentice of Babel Torsh, and was known to hate everyone and everything, including his own mentor. Raas was also a master of disguise, using a variety of identities insinuate himself into a situation without any being aware of his true being. He spent much of his career working with Torsh on Adarlon, trying to locate and eliminate the source of illegal holo-vids being produced by and for the Alliance.
