this was Nen-Carvon's recreational paraglider outfit. Like other paragliders, the R-23 was equipped with a light repulsor motor and frame-mounted hand controls. It wingspan was four meters across. The R-23 found use among paramilitary units, since it was very quite and was small and sleek enough to evade sensor sweeps.
