this Sullustan was the brother of Loro Ecls, and operated the Gelgelar Outfitters general store during the height of the Galactic Civil War. Qulo kept a finger on the economic pulse of the Gelgelar Free Port, trying to keep his prices competitive while not bankrupting the settlement.
