Quintas, Xerxes
this spice lord, native to the planet Sevarcos, controlled the planet's Southern Deserts. At the height of the New Order, Quintas was one of the most powerful of the Spice Lords of Sevarcos. He was despised by the locals, however, because he had developed an alliance with the Imperial forces on the planet to strip-mine the deserts for carsunum and andris.
