Quillin Durand
this Velarbi was rescued from Imperial attack by Airen Cracken, shortly after the Empire subjugated the world of Velabri. Cracken saved their transport ship from Imperial fire, and allowed Durand and his family to live another day. Durand swore a Velabri Bloodvow to Cracken, hoping to repay the debt of their rescue. Unfortuantely, Durand died shortly afterward. Durand's dying wish was the his son, Quillin Arkell, fulfill the Bloodvow to Cracken.
