produced by Arakyd, this device locks out all power to a starship's main cockpit controls when activated. The PowerLock 2500 bolted directly into the ship's control panel, underneath the unit and out of sight. This allowed a starship owner to ensure that a thief couldn't fly off with their starship. When the owner keyed in the correct electronic combination, the PowerLock2500 shut itself down and allowed access to the ship's controls.
