this starship navigational computer was designed and manufactured by Suwantek Systems, for use in their TL-series of transports. The system was poorly designed and full of bugs, and had to be regularly updated in order to remain functional. Suwantek eventually abandoned the Portal Delta and used Fabritech systems.
