a deity on Circarpous V, he is often seen as a winged humanoid with huge claws on its hands and feet. It had slanting eyes, but no nose or mouth below them, just a mass of tentacles. Like many other Circarpousian deities, he is thought to have granted his priests the ability to perform miracles. Halla has described him as a third-rate deity.
