the third generation of Merr-Sonn's "PLEX" missile launcher, the PLX-4 can fire both missiles and standard rockets. It can be used on the shoulder, like the PLX-2M, but can also be mounted on a tripod for greater accuracy. It can use smart GAM missiles, dumb rockets for establishing line-of-sight, or the newer Savant missiles.
